Hmmm... if I were to stop this download (my Smallville eps; it's a 4 gig file, around 65% done), would I be able to watch the first ep then start it again and have it resume from the same place? I've resumed downloads a few times, but other times it hasn't worked...

I'm almost positive that you are. They might have the ports that MSN uses for file transfer open, whereas they're closed at home.

If you want to find out, run this test: http://btfaq.com/natcheck.pl

*looks over test* Meh, might do it later... doesn't really matter, I suppose. Either way it's still bloody slow. ^^

Meh, you're right. I mean, if you were at home you could correct the problem yourself, or at least try to. But since the control that you posses over the network only extends to as far as your terminal at the university, there's not much you can do. Unless, your network admins are reeeeeeealy nice. But then opening BT's ports for you would also do the same for the entire campus, and that would be bad for bandwidth. :p

Doesn't matter that much. I mean, I really can't do anything about it, and I don't care to try. ^^ I'll survive.
