ria_oaksDay 02 - A show that you wish more people were watching
In terms of the larger population, I wish more people would watch Supernatural and Chuck, because it makes me sad that the ratings for both shows are so low even though they're awesome shows (and I'm tired of Chuck being on the bubble every year because of its low ratings). In terms of fandom/us TV obsessed people... hm. There aren't really any TV shows currently on the air that I watch that aren't already popular - maybe White Collar, though it's fairly popular. For old/finished shows, I wish more people had seen Slings & Arrows because it's an amazing show and is barely known outside of C6D/DS fandom. Very clever show with sharp writing, excellent acting, and a nice mix of humour and drama. And anyone who likes Shakespeare/theatre will get a kick out of it (esp if they work in the theatre, like my aunt who introduced me to it). It's only 18 eps (3 seasons, 6 eps each) and so very much worth it. Also, dishelleved!insane!Paul Gross. ;) *points to icon* To give an idea of the show's sense of humour? That's a real skull. Of one of the main characters who dies in the first episode. And then procedes to haunt Geoffrey for the rest of the series. Geoffrey keeps the skull on his desk and uses it to hold chocolates (or mints? can't recall). So yes, it also has a rather black sense of humour. ^^
