Well, I'm bored so I'm going to make an art post. :) In this post - Supernatural (mostly Wincest, be warned), Prison Break, Scrubs, and Harry Potter. Also some OpenCanvas Event files for anyone interested in watching me draw. Only have a handful - just the ones I did in OpenCanvas, which I just recently downloaded. The other ones, done in CGIllust (similar program) don't have them because the trial version of that program didn't allow me to save. :( Gotta say, they're kinda addicting to watch... make me look ridiculously good because they're so fast, lol. I don't actually draw that fast. XD Anyway, you can download a free trial here if you're interested.

Prison Break

1. Alex - portrait. Very proud of this, worked on it for quite awhile.. in the process of colouring it on the computer after scanning it; will post when done.

2. Alex2 - done on the computer fairly quickly without a reference, so... kinda like it, but not too pleased with it. B&W version.

Hi Julia, how are you? I quite like your drawing of Alex, I think it was, from 'Prison Break.' but I have a question for you, why do you give them all ratings? Surely a little kissing never hurt anybody. :P

Hey, sorry for the long time in replying.. been lazy about my email these days. -_- Anyway, thanks for the compliment. :) I was very pleased with that picture... and to answer your question - I really only rated anything that was PG-13 above, aka potentially not worksafe. Or anything that had pairings/themes which might not interest/offend some people (namely, Wincest, aka Sam and Dean Winchester doing dirty and decidedly non-brotherly things to each other XD). Just common courtesty, really... I try to inform people what's in everything they click on so they know what they're getting into, especially if there are adult themes or nudity in them. :) A simple kiss would generally be a G, yeah, but if it involves implied naughtiness (hee, I love saying that!) or is, say, Wincest, then I warn. :)

Anyway, heard you moved out! How exciting! :) You downtown now? How's it going? How's school going so far this term? Oh, and congrats on the job at the Bay! :)

Hi Julia - I guess I see your point, but meh, none of those drawings weren't 'worksafe' if i do say so myself.

I am moving out yes, next week. Kind of sudden but heck. Found someone I'd really like as a room mate and I hear that's rare.

School is super and work. The schedule is kinda insane however . . I'm learning intaglio and lithography right now/ It's difficult, especially aquatinting, but so worth it. I wonder if you could ask your dad if he's done either? I'd be curious to know!

Well, I'd rather say that the picture of two guys naked in bed together isn't something that I'd want my boss seeing. XD (though come to think of it, I wouldn't want her to see that I'm looking at anything personal online while at work, heh... one of the things about 'worksafe' that I've always found a bit ironic). Point is, it's about courtesy in fandom... lots of people don't like Wincest or don't want to see naughty stuff (love saying that, lol), so I warn. *shrug* So people don't click on stuff they don't want to see. I don't think kissing is not worksafe, no, but nudity generally is. Unless it's a Renaissance painting. XD

That's great. :) Must be exciting, living on your own! What's the place like? Is it an apartment downtown or something? Close to your school?

Sounds good. :) Glad you're enjoying it, even if it's a lot of work... not sure if he's done either, I'll try to remember to ask.

I'm fine... Hours have been reduced to part-time, so am only at work until 2:45 every day (1:45 on Saturday, only a 4 hour shift!). Kinda nice, but lack of money sucks. Getting my school schedule for January worked out - might be able to get away with only one course! So only one day out there. Sweet. Other than that, not doing much. Hanging out. Watching waaay too much Scrubs. Reading fanfiction. Reading Scrubs fanfiction. Same old, same old. :)
