Woo hoo, night just got a lot better. Was good earlier thanks to watching SPN and being in happy SPN mood and looking at pretty pictures of the boys online, then went downhill at 9 thanks to wholly disappointing return of Veronica Mars, got even worse at 10 when I could only stand 10 or so minutes of Law & Order: SVU before having to turn it off in boredom and disgust (why oh why, SVU?? -_-). In attempt to resurrect evening, eventually went in search of Supernatural fic. Porn, to be exact. :) Well, either porn or Weechester fic, couldn't decide, and yes I realize how much those two are polar opposites. XD Settled on porn, Jared/Jensen porn to be exact. Since then I can picture the boys without the potential squick of 'cest, though admittedly I've read and enjoyed Wincest too so who am I kidding. Vaguely odd that real person slash doesn't squick me usually but fictional brothercest kinda does. I think. I'm still not sure how I feel about Wincest, beyond vaguely intrigued *cough*. Anyway, fic was very hot and nice and awesome. And as soon as I was done reading, I checked ep10 and it's done. Woo hoo! Off to watch now. Much happier.

My evening sucked. The Canucks lost again, in their fourth game against the Ducks in the second game sereis. They were leading 2-0 up until the third period where they just blew it all to hell and lost in over time. They now have to win three consecutive games in order to advance; if they lose just one game then they're out of the play-offs.

It's fucking over. >.<

Damn, that sucks. They aren't exactly doing well, are they? ^^; Yeah, I think they're pretty much screwed...

Just finished watching it. Twas good. I liked Ava, though I think I've read spoilers to the effect that she dies. I could be wrong. Don't tell me either way. XD I love loved the part when Dean thought Sam was dead and he looks so utterly devestated and ready to just kill Gordon, then he realizes that Sam isn't dead and you can just tell how relieved he is and how desperate he is to get free to help Sam, then GOD when Sam comes in and unties him and they sorta hug and stare at each other and and... I flailed, a lot. The bond between them is so strong, and Dean would be so completely destroyed if Sam died... which of course all ties back into the revelation at the start that he may have to kill Sam one day. Shit. No wonder he's been getting progressively more, well, fucked up. That's got to be eating at him.

Meh. It's not that they aren't doing well; I mean, they are. But they just don't have any consistency. When they're "on" they can play very well, but they just can't seen to stay "on" long enough to get a strangle-hold on the win. Dallas was kind of the same; I believe Vancouver won over them by sheer luck, when it could have been either one, really. But now, Anaheim is such a stronger offensive team than Dallas and the same flakey playstyle isn't working.

Ugh; it's depressing to think about. We got so far, too. Oh well, maybe by some miracle we'll pull off three wins in a row. Maybe. :\ Winning the Stanely Cup would have made for a great time for Vancouver, especially with the Winter Olympics just around the corner.

you didn't like the VM? I totally enjoyed it. Except I feel awful for piz (if that is how you spell his name). dude, he's totally hott, but veronica is still way into logan. And logan is still into veronica, and they are both being moronic.

Meh, I dunno, it just bored and underwhelmed me. And I thought the whole terrorist/Itraq war storyline was fairly contrived. And the writing didn't seem nearly as sharp or good as it used to be. Or maybe I'm just getting bitter... ^^;

But yes, both Veronica and Logan are being moronic. *smacks them both* I'm getting tired of their on-again-off-again romance; just choose already! -_-

I'm interested to see where this keith being a toughass thing goes. He definitely did the right thing, and it's nice to see him clearing out the corruption that don lamb allowed in, but it's also going to make a lot of bad people very angry.
