bronzejarith offered last night to take me out to dinner for my b-day on Friday before my TKD testing, and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in coming? It'd probably just be somewhere on Lonsdale, since I need to go straight to testing afterwards (it starts at 7). Let me know soon, please.

You did. ^_^ Okay, in that case it'd work out nicely since he can come w/ me to TKD after. I'll call the others tomorrow if they don't reply; I know rainbowpegacorn's exams finish tomorrow so she might be able to come. I think caspertheghost is still out at UBC, though; I'll email her. We'd probably be eating ~5, just so we're not rushing. Maybe that sushi place on 3rd? Guess I can't have anything alcoholic before my testing. *laughs*

Lesse... we went there on my b-day a few years back, and also to morgandy's 18th (I think). It's the nice-ish one that I think has a pond inside... ^^ Haven't been there for quite awhile, but I recall the food was pretty good. Or if you have any better ideas, let me know. Also, will you be driving and if so can you give us a ride to TKD after? ^_^

Ooooh, is it the one with the uber-big sushi rolls? Well, I can't say for sure about the ride, 'cause it's the night before we leave for holidays, and my dad might need to use it for last minute shopping or whatever. I was thinking of just busing down there.

I'm not sure. Haven't been there for awhile, as I said. Well, if we can't get a ride I guess we can just bus up there - we'll just have to make sure to leave fairly early (b/c I want to get there ~10-5 min early). No idea what bus to take from Lonsdale to TKD, though.

I think I remember the bus that goes up to TKD is the same that is on 3rd. You might have to double-check on translink, though. Failing that, walk/take a bus down to Quay, then take another to TKD. Err, that one's more inefficient, though. I think it's the 236 or something that goes up to TKD. And there are probably buses that can drop you off on Keith, too.
