Information on the AtS s4 DVDs has finally been released...

Angel season 4 DVD info - release date, extras, and cover art

September 7th - can't wait! ^^ However, other than that, I'm feeling quite cheated... guess I shouldn't be suprised, but everything on it is the same as the stuff on the British ones, and I've already seen all the featurettes and such on them thanks to Bit Torrent.. haven't seen the commentaries yet, but honestly, who decides what episodes to do them on? The Magic Bullet? Orpheus? The House Always Wins, for gods sake?? More thoughts (and some ranting) below.

Commentary breakdown with my thoughts... )

Note to self: Get off of ass and buy s3 someday. Yeesh. I'm just cheap and I'm not overly fond of certain s3 eps. ^^ But, otoh, there were a lot of awesome eps, too, and I really want to see the commentary on Billy.

And on completely random note - what in the world is up with the complete lack of Babylon 5 episode transcripts online? There are Buffy and Angel ones everywhere, but I've searched high and low and have only found a transcript for one episode. I'd love to have a comprehensive transcript page like Buffyworld.com (very useful site), because I'm constantly forgetting some little speech or line or scene or whatever, and I don't want to have to wade through my DVDs.. *sigh* I don't even think there are any script books out there for sale.

In less sad, dorky, and pathetically fannish news, I'm busy working on my course timetable for next year. Will prob post more on that later, but suffice to say I'm going nuts right now trying to figure out what else to take. I'll give a brief listing of what courses I'm probably taking right now, and might post more about it later.

Course choices so far )

That's it for now... Still need to work on itinerary for Japan. *sighs*

Too. Fucking. Hilarious.

*glances around FL* Probably the only person here who'd get this/find it amusing is [livejournal.com profile] rainbowpegacorn, hence I am going to poke her until she reads it. *poke* Seriously, I haven't laughed this hard in awhile. [livejournal.com profile] thebratqueen is brilliant, as are the co-'writers'. ^_^

OT - watched the new Peter Pan tonight. Not bad. I wasn't very familliar with the story beforehand; I've seen the Disney one several times as a child, but I don't remember it well. Have never read the book, though a bit curious to now. Jason Isaacs was, of course, brilliant and sexy and I'd let him kidnap me and take me to his pirate ship anyday. *grins* The boy who played Peter was very good, too, I thought.

Still no luck working out rest of courses. Sigh. -_-
