Yeah. She's chained to the wall while a couple of soldiers beat on her. Then after some dialogue they advance on her slowly and the screen fades. You can probably guess what was implied by that. Now she's not chained to the wall and they aren't hitting her or something; I'm not really sure, exactly.
I completely forgot about it too, but I saw a thread on it somewhere while looking for the ROM yesterday. *Shrug* Maybe someone will make a patch for the scene or something, which wouldn't surprise me considering that they made one for the FFIVA strippers. -_-
