There was an uncensored shot of a guy's penis in the newest season of Survivor. Surprisingly, there hasn't been an uproar. Though I read that you have to go frame-by-frame to see it.

People are way too sensitive these days. With everything--foul language; nudity; gender; religion; race; sex; and so on. We've become way too PC and it disgusts me. It's gotten to the point where people have to defensively assert themselves every time they say something that someone may find something offensive. For example, a quote from a Prison Break thread:

"sorry for spelling, Mahone and the black agent, (I'm half black, so there's no racism here) was freakin' EPIC! They even used a song that had a style that was never used at any time in any previous season. Even they knew how epic it was."

Pathetic. Acceptance of and courtesy toward differences should be values that are pounded into people's heads all their lives, and that should be enough. But as soon as we end up having to go through a mental checklist before we say and act just to be sure that we don't offend anyone, like this guy--it just crosses the line for me.
