I wouldn't know. IRC channels are usually specialized in regards to the kind of content they offer, and I don't use them for TV episodes. And you know, IRC is supposed to be used for chatting. ;p Look at BT trackers and such, and look out for the names of various release groups. Google them and you should find homepages or IRC channel addresses. They may or may not have bots serving releases, though.

Given how large IRC is you can find pretty much anything, but it takes some legwork to get started. That's why IRC piracy will never die out; it's too much of a headache for most people. :p
