I own the second Xenosaga, yes. I'll be more inclined to play them once I have all three. When I bought Valkyrie Profile 2, I also picked up Xenosaga II, used, for <$30. Couldn't pass it up. So it's not like I'm looking at spending $60 for Xenosaga III; I'd prefer to get it used as well (that way the whole trilogy will be used. ;p).
