EEE! Michael and Sucre are still BFF! Awwwww, I love them. XD I love that they planned the entire money heist from the start, I loved Sucre asking Michael about Sara while he was about to drown for god's sake, and I love that Michael refused to abandon him even when Sucre told him to. These guys are totally my platonic OTP or something. ALSO!! My (literal) dream kind of came true! I'm, like, psychic or something! Seriously, when they headed into the river I burst out laughing because the dream I had about them swimming (albeit in the ocean) was actually happening. Yes, simple pleasures...

I'm sad that they're splitting up, though. I really wish they'd lay off on the Sucre-Maricruz storyline and stop having him keep running back to her. It was sweet at first, but now I just want to smack him and tell him that she's not good enough for him. Gah. Silly, silly boy... but I love him anyway, the big sweetheart. I just really want to see him and Michael together on the run doing the whole buddy/bonding thing... it would be awesome, dammit.

I love that Sara can take care of herself and totally ass-kicked those guys at the beginning. Awesome. I liked that about her in the riot, too, although she ended up being saved by Michael in that case (but really, anyone would have needed to be saved in that scenario... she still did the best she could). I also really liked the scenes with the girl who died and then afterwards, with her realization and guilt over the knowledge that the girl died because they thought she was Sara.

So much for Kellerman helping Sara, I guess, though you never know... is this the end of gay!Lance??

T-Bag's going after his ex-girlfriend from "Brother's Keeper"... eeek. I hope that woman was smart enough to move (preferably out of state or, you know, out of the country) after he threatened her in the flashback, or at least when she found out that he had escaped. Seriously, if I was in her position I would've gotten the hell away after that visit in the flashback. Shudder.

Aww, I love Lincoln and LJ - he's the awesomest, sweetest, not to mention hottest, dad ever. Their scenes together are always great; they have really good chemistry and the love between them always shines through. And they're on the run together now, at last!

And lastly, Mahone... I flipped out when it seemed as though he was with the conspiracy, but was quite satisfied with the idea that he's being blackmailed into working with them. It makes sense that they have things they can hold over him (Shales, possibly something from overseas? I'd need to see the scene again) that they are using to force him to kill the escapees. Makes him more sympathetic again, since he doesn't really want to kill them but he's being forced to (which begs the question, just what exactly is so bad that he's willing to kill to prevent it from getting out?) Still not exactly morally upstanding though, because whatever the reason he was still willing to kill an unarmed kid. And I still think he's got some crazy going on, what with the pills and the long lingering stares at the birdbath (and I still want him to have voices in his head, heh.)

Overall, I really enjoyed this episode. Even knowing that I was being manipulated by the suspense, as usual, I just went 'eh fuck it' and let them manipulate me. It's just too much fun to be dragged along and constantly anxious over the fates of the characteres. Plus, at this point, I don't have a whole hell of a lot of faith in the writers not killing characters off, which really ups the tension since it's increasingly feeling like anyone could go at any time. Although I think they'll hold off on any more deaths for awhile... I hope. o.o All bets will probably be off during November sweeps, though.


I'm really loving this show so far... Hiro is freaking adorkable and I love him and want to give him a hug and keep him in my pocket. Seriously, he's so awesome. And he's all kickass and has a sword in the future! But in the meantime... I loved his scenes with Nathan, trying to talk to him in English and telling him that he saw him fly (and Nathan was predictably an ass about it, but it was still hilarious and entertaining). And his attempts to ask for a ride - "Raido! Raido!" *pantomines driving and honking a horn* Hahaha, he's so adorable...

I also like Greg Grunberg's character - I'd only ever seen him before as the pilot on Lost, which wasn't exactly a lasting role ("We were off course when we crashed - ahhhhh, I'm being eaten!!!!!!"), but he's great in this. I love how he's reading his wife's mind to do everything that she likes (haha, the sex scene...)and anticipate her desires, though he'd probably do well to actually tell her about his ability before she starts getting freaked out. I mean, as abilities go, it's pretty easy to prove... tell her to think of something, like a big number, then he'll tell her what she was thinking. Done.

Mohinder's getting on my nerves a bit these days, which is a pity because I quite liked him at the start. But now that he's all skeptical and "no, that can't be real!" he's irritating me. Hopefully he'll get better.

I was spoiled about Peter's ability in a magazine, but it's becoming pretty apparent now, anyway. I think there are a lot of interesting possilibities for his power... it makes him very versatile and potentially useful in certain situations (as long as he's nearby someone else with powers, at least).

Claire's father is creepy and ev0l and I get all edgy when he's acting so nice and fatherly to her because I know what's underneath that. Though I think he does care about her, at least I hope he does. I can't imagine that he could have raised her all her life without caring about her, even if he has creepy ev0l master plans that might possibly involve world domination.

Not as much of an "omgwtf" cliffhanger as last week (in fact, I've already forgetten what it ended on... ummm...), but still excited for next week's episode. Monday nights are rapidly turning into one of my favourite viewing nights.
