(no subject)

*yaaawn* So tired. Dunno why I'm posting now; mainly cause I won't get around to it otherwise. Besides, technically it's only 2am even though it feels like 3am. Tonight was a landmark event for me: I actually went to a club. ^__^; Went with a large group (15+) of people from UBC to Blarney Stones (sp?), an Irish pub downtown. Lots of fun, though I don't really drink so the most alcohol I had was pretty much the 2 shots that my roomate made me do. ;p We danced for hours, though, and it was lots of fun. They had a live band for awhile, playing Irish music complete with a fiddle. And of course almost everyone there was dressed up. I just wore my Harry Potter robe with my Slytherin scarf and a Dark Mark drawn on my left arm. Was theoretically either Snape or Bellatrix, though I suppose I looked more like the latter. ;p There were some great costumes in our group - two of the guys (big Swedish guys, at that) dressed up as drag queens, complete with stockings, leather skirts, and mascara... they were awesome, and they really got into it. I've got to get those who had cameras to upload the pics so I can post some of them. There are some awesome shots of them and the girl they were with who was dressed up as a guy and seemed to be acting as their pimp. ^_^;

I wish I was actually drunk so I could do a drunk post. Those are always funny to read. Weee... maybe I'm tired enough that I can sound drunk. o.o;; bed now
