(no subject)

Does anyone have a copy of "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" that I could borrow when I go to NYC? I'm checking all the libraries, but it's out everywhere... was hoping to read it on the plane, then see the movie when I get back.

Fair amount's happened over the last couple of days; it's been kinda insane around here... good news: we got the house! ^__^ I went and saw it on Tuesday after my last exam, and it's gorgeous. The pictures on their website don't do it justice... the garden's amazing, and the house it nice, too. And there's a big rock you can climb up to and see the view. We're going to be moving stuff up there in a couple of weeks, and hoping to get it rented out asap. I'd love to take some of you guys up there at some point - anyone want to help haul stuff around? ;p

Anyway, so we're all kinda frantic over that, then we're off to NYC tomorrow morning... and meanwhile mom's writing a book and panicking over it. And I should really be organizing my room and packing, but eh. Don't want to bother with my room right now; it's nuts in here. Better than the other day, though. Need to iron stuff before packing, I guess, but I figure it'll just get wrinkled in the suitcase anyway, and the apartment we're renting will have an iron. So I just need to toss in some clothes at some point and get together whatever else I need.

Off to see Sin City tonight, though, so that'll be fun. ^_^ I haven't been to a movie in weeks b/c of exams...

*goes off to play Shadow Hearts 2 get packed*
