Wee, I'm sick. -_-
Nov. 2nd, 2004 11:18 amUugh... Evidently I'm sick. Think it's the flu, because I'm not stuffed up and I feel nauseous and horrible, not really like cold symptoms. I was feeling okay yesterday morning, but ~4 I started feeling sick and I ended up sleeping straight from ~5 to 6. And I went to bed at 10:30... ^^;; Woke up at 5 this morning feeling disoriented, sick, and generally severely shitty. Managed to eventually get back to sleep ~6, and slept on and off until 8. Had class at 9:30 that I had to go to b/c we had a discussion group thing in it today, but my teacher let me leave ~ 1/2 way through. I think she said that I'll still get the marks. I wasn't participating in my group at all, anyway. ^^;; Skipped the Astro tutorial, which I didn't want to do b/c I was hoping to get the extra 3% that I'd get from going to all 6, but I just don't feel up to it.
My dad's picking me up in ~20 min and I'm going home for the day. Yaay. Going to conk out on the couch and watch the election. And possibly pray a bit. -__- Voter turnout seems to be good, though, based on reports on LJ - lots of people have said that the lines were huge, or at least that there were considerably more people at the polls than normal. And that was at 6:30am! I'm holding out hope yet.
Btw, I gather that a poll was done up here about who we'd vote for if we could, and evidently the results were 78% Kerry, 22% Bush, or something similar. ^^ Heh, if it was up to us Canadians then it sounds like Bush'd be out of there in a heartbeat. ^_^
