Huh, the Save-On in Burnaby at Brentwood Mall just called and said that they're short on cashiers tomorrow night and can I come in and do a shift? And I'm like, "uhhh... no thanks." I suppose I should've taken it because god knows I need the hours and money, but I don't particularly want to have to familiarize myself with another Save-On just for the sake of a 6-hour shift. Course, now I might've screwed myself over because I don't know if the Save-On here is going to call tomorrow or anytime this week, but oh well... I don't want to work tomorrow anyway, cause Mom and I are going to Burnaby/Metrotown to see my great-grandmother then to get clothes for school and possibly go see "The Bourne Supremacy"... That said they'll probably call tomorrow, anyway, since Sunday seems to be "the day" that they call once a week these days. ^^;;
Oh well. I need the money and all, and I'll grant that I'm bored to death these days, but I still like not having to work... ^^ I've got stuff to do, anyway - need to finish my Gaara doll (body and shirt (except for fasteners) done; now working on pants. After that I get to make the gourd! ^_^), really

ats_endofdays, want to finish several other pics that are in various states of completion (mainly my Londo one; face is done, but need to do the hair and finish the clothing and some other stuff...). Also need to get stuff ready for Res, since moving in Saturday. Need to work out what I'm taking, get my stuff packed, buy shampoo/toothpaste/etc, figure out what posters I want out there... and figure out what lamp I want, because I've got several but don't like two of them (both too bright, and one heats up way too fast). It will really depend a lot on what my room looks like... which will also determine if I bring my computer chair out - well, actually, I probably will no matter what. If I can't fit the chair they supply in my room then I'll smuggle it home. ;P I love my computer chair... I don't want their icky unsupportive ones. *g*
*muse* I might make a list on here in the next few days of what I need. Maybe I should get a new mouse - an optical one. Ooh, a cordless optical one. ;p Or not... but one of the ones that have lots of buttons for various functions. And maybe new speakers, because there ones are a. freaking huge, and b. old=bad sound quality. Course, that all involves spending
money, so maybe not. *cough* Anyway, definitely not going to bring PS2, because would result in no work getting done. Well, actually, given how little (read: none) that I'm playing right now I guess it wouldn't matter, but I still don't like having it out there because of security issues...
Laazy today... woke up at 12. Had shower at 1. Glared at lack of breakfast food in house for an hour, then went to White Spot w/ Mom for an oh-so-healthy waffle at 2. Went shopping, got movies (rented "Good-Bye Lenin", which I wanted to see in theatre but never got around to. It sounds quite interesting), bought fasteners for Gaara-dolly at Michaels, got home at 4. Have done nothing productive since except for turning down the few hours at Save-On I've gotten in weeks, and writing this increasingly long and rambly post. Think I'll go work on Gaara's pants now... and wow does that sound wrong. *smirk*
Oh, last thing - there's a 20-minute special on the Naruto movie up on various Naruto sites right now for those here interested. It's at both

NarutoFan.com, and probably other places... I'm still in process of downloading it so I can't vouch for it, but evidently it's various interviews and clips from the movie.
