AuronXJecht pre-smut fic

Okay, because I was bored and couldn't get to sleep.. the first part of my AuronXJecht SmutFic! Very little of anything smutty in this part, it's pretty PG-13 rated - moving into R-rated by the end. Only vague spoilers - most in the way of spoilers is knowing who Auron and Jecht are and what they have to do with each other and with Braska. Other than that, unspoilered. Albeit based vaguely around the events depicted in the first Jecht sphere in Macalania (sp?) Forest.

Anyway, smut coming next part. And warning - this is A. very very cliched and typical, B. potentially OOC in the extreme (at least I think I made Jecht overly immature and silly... not really in character for him, I don't think.), and C. utterly un-edited and un-betaed.

And you know, it occured to me that in some respects the way I've written them reminds me a bit of XanderXSpike, albeit a much more mature/aloof Xander. Huh. *amuses self with images of Xander in Auron's red coat carrying a sword... and hey, he's missing an eye! See, it totally works. Mwah. Although I suppose Xander wouldn't have a funky scar over his eye like Auron does.*

Btw, does anyone know how to copy/paste something from Word into Semagic without losing all the quotation marks, "..."s, and hyphens? I had to go through manually and fix them... v. annoying.

Now better go edit my essay; it's due at 2... *sigh* Then need to work on Psych notes later, read Shelley and Pope poems for Arts 1 tomorrow, and, of course, play FFX. :P And work on J/A smutfic. Because, you know, that's obviously my priority. *ahem*

Must finish s3 now... ^^;;

How the fuck did I get Auron based on what I chose?
