I HATE CLIFFHANGERS. *sob*

ria_oaksGod-dammit, I was joking when I wondered if the latest ep of Smallville would end on an Evil Cliffhanger From Hell since we have to wait until April 14th for the next one... Ergh. *sigh* They love to torture us on that show. ;_; That entire last scene was... rather creepy, actually. Excepting possibly a few scenes in s2 surrounding his "disability" when it was actually real, and the last scene in "Shattered" (the shot of him touching the glass), I don't think I've ever seen Lionel Luthor so vulnerable looking. And, as usual in scenes like this with Lionel, we have the classical music in the background which always adds very much to the atmosphere of such scenes. Eek. Almost feel sorry for him. Then I'm like, "fuck you, asshole, I hope you die. Mwah." Still. I'd rather like him to live, if only because I want Lex to kill him someday. *evil grin* Also, John Glover's a good actor and I'll miss him. :P Never saw this twist coming, though... eek.
Still sorting out some of the details of the last few eps. O.o Were a bit difficult to follow at time; once again we have the "who's fucking with who" and "who's really telling the truth or actually lying" and "just what in hell is Lex up to?" type of questions... Heh. ^^;;

bronzejarith tonight. That's the first time I've ever seen them; I've heard of them before but never really known what it was. VERY funny, and also quite poignant at times. All of the actresses did a very good job. Would be interesting to see it again someday, since assumedly each production would have differing monologues and would be unique in itself.

*considers* I think I'm going to put up the hilarious Lionel icon I found in a while... then I'll switch back to my Angsty!Lex one, since I fluv it. :P
