OMFG YES!!!!!!!!! The RSC is going to film David Tennant's production of Hamlet to release on DVD!!!!!

That's such fantastic news, both for those that didn't get to see him (sure it's not quite the same, but it was a fantastic performance and a fantastic production overall) and for those like me who want to see it again. I guess it'll be a region 2 release, though... still, I'd like to get a region-free DVD player someday, so we'll see. And who knows, if there's enough interest maybe they'll release a region 1 version? Anyway, it's a way's off, I guess - they're filming it in June, not sure when it'll be released. Still, I'm excited!
