Stephen TOTALLY called it again! How awesome is that? I mean, not as much as 2006 with the Crash shocker (grr), but still! Though granted, he was hedging his bets on 2 of them by giving 2 possible winners, but still... basically, he called it. :) Go Stephen! I really hope he says something tomorrow night. (and on that note, yay for both shows being back after a week off. And yay for Brian Williams on TDS on Thursday! Him and Jon are always adorkable together; I spent nearly an hour awhile back watching previous interviews with them. And I don't even WATCH Brian Williams/NBC Nightly News).

Anyway... pretty entertaining Oscars, overall - better than some of the recent ones which imo have been booring. Helped that I knew several of the movies this year and had stakes in a few of them. And I teared up ptwice, almost three times (Milk screenwriter's speech, Heath obvs, and almost during Sean Penn's speech... when he started talking about the protesters outside and about Prop 8, and about Obama being 'elegant'...)

I totally love that he basically called Sean Penn and then took it back *rofl* But he technically DID call it ;-)
My f-list totally called the winners, too, in my poll tonight, by the way :D

Lol yeah, I'm amused that he called it then retracted it... but technically he DID call it, still, so I count it as a victory for him. And heh, yeah, we totally did call it in that poll, didn't we? Yay! And I called it in that contest I entered... least I think I did; I hope I'm remembering my choices correctly... pretty sure I chose all the winners. Not even sure what the prize is (the girl working there didn't know, either - something about free movie rentals, prob).
