He seemed lose it while beating up those guys. They did recap the scene with the Yellow-Eyed Demon saying that it might not be completely Sam.
Bobby didn't hesitate shooting at Ruby. He doesn't look like it (and that's a good thing), but he's probably a top-tier hunter like John was.
And Dean being called a bitch.. That's awesome. Completely.
