Fun fun. That's usually the extent of my New Year's too, though we never have guests. Actually did something semi-exciting this year. Stayed over at Ryan's place with a couple of his friends on the 31st; ate pizza and watched Zoolander (which I've never seen and is hilarious). Worked on the 1st, then met up with Ryan at his dad's girlfriend's house party. Hung around for a couple of hours and listened to them playing music (him and most of his friends are musicians...) and chatting. It was nice. I like how communal Bowen is in that sense; just hanging around playing guitar and stuff with people I've never really met. ^^

Coming back to N Van prob Friday afternoon, then HOPEFULLY meeting with Italy people in the evening. So don't know if there will be time to meet up again; we'll see. Oh well, that's what LJ is for, keeping in touch. :)
