I know what you mean. Part of me wishes there was a way to explain it to make it somehow less bad than it is... I did feel sorry for him in spite of myself; it seemed as though he just spontaneously blurted out things that he doesn't believe. Or maybe does subconsciously. Unfortunately, just feeling bad about it doesn't make it excusable.

I really have no idea what happened with Mel Gibson; I don't pay much attention to celebrity gossip (I know the very basics that pretty much everyone knows; beyond that, I'm in the dark about celebrity stuff). I know generally what he did, but I'm not sure what exactly he said beyond 'anti-Semitic comments' and I don't know much about the fallout beyond "people were pissed". And he hasn't exactly been Mr. Popular sinec Passion of the Christ. ^^;

Yeah, Jerry was funny. That part was amusing. I liked the little cartoon clip from the DVD, too.
